Three online questionnaires were developed for use by cooperating teachers to evaluate the Early Experience program, MEd program, and the university supervisors involved in the student teachers' field experiences.

If you are a qualified user, your user name and password is a word combination that results from the first letter of your first name and your full last name; all lowercase (John Smith = jsmith). 

Once you have gained access to the WebCT server, please click on "Evaluation of Educational Field Experiences". You will be prompted by a Web page with three online questionnaires. Click on the appropriate one, and read the instructions. 

When you are ready, click on the icon that says "Begin Survey". As you complete each item, you need to click the button "Save answer" to register your response. At the end of the questionnaire, you need to click on the button "Finish" to finalize all your answers to the items.
